We think it is impossible to present our services to you before we know all we can about your event. At eRez we have made it our business to know how to apply the most advanced housing, registration and travel related technology solutions to the benefit of our clients. One major difference between us and the competition is that we first work to learn about your specific needs, objectives, challenges and goals.  You aren't just one of a hundred clients, each given the 'cookie cutter' housing approach. At eRez the first thing we do is listen.

Once we know more about your needs, expectations and goals we work to assess our ability to meet those areas  with no false promises. We give you a comprehensive solution specific to your event. Often we present options that may not have been considered before.  eRez is not a travel agency per se, and we don't fit into the typical housing company "third party" mold. Our clients range from major sports events to more typical corporate meetings and conventions. We also own and operate several of our own branded web sites related to sports travel where the phone doesn't ring until we make it ring. That gives us a different perspective than most of our competitors.  

 

Our philosophy is simple; there is no substitute for service, lower hotel prices drive demand and state-of-the-art technology is critical. 

 

Sounds great, but what will hiring eRez cost my organization? The easiest answer of all and the most surprising for our clients - typically our services are at no cost to you.  How? eRez is paid through revenues from hotel commissions.  Does that mean higher hotel rates? No, in most cases your attendees are paying lower rates because of our negotiating  and volume buying power and also reaping benefits of more reasonable deposit and cancellation policies. You retain as much control as you like over the contracting process, while getting an extension of your staff at no cost to your organization. A true 'win-win'!
