End-to-End Reservations Management:
Ticketing and Packaging: For many events, deciding how the attendees purchase a ticket or register is a difficult process. Subsidy Revenue: Many events need alternative revenue sources to help offset major costs including facility rental, shuttle etc. By implementing a subsidy - a per room night charge on contracted hotel rates, events can generate much needed revenues. eRez assists by negotiating these amounts into the contracted rates, and providing invoices services post-event. This is where controlling your inventory and knowing how to ensure you capture every reservation is critical.
Experienced Support: Experience counts and every event is different. Our staff has experience in every aspect of event management, and we think that makes us better at managing the housing process. We have first-hand experience in working with events from 100-80,000. This includes handling everything from last minute event cancellations to attendance explosions (plan for 10,000 and end up with 20,000!). Our crisis experience ranges from major power outages to record hail storms and managing events during the week of 9/11. Again, the key is experience and the ability to react quickly and appropriately in any given situation.
