Special Services:

Ticketing and Packaging: For many events, deciding how the attendees purchase a ticket or register is a difficult process. Easy access and the right promotions are critical, as is the fulfillment process. Again, the right technology and services are essential. We provide online and toll-free purchasing of tickets and/or entire packages for your event (hotel, ticket, shuttle etc.)  all with just one phone call or a few clicks. The ultimate time-saving service for your attendees - and what better way to ensure they book within your block. Your customers will appreciate the time and money your organization has saved them, and preregistration makes onsite registrations minimum.

Subsidy Revenue: Many events need alternative revenue sources to help offset major costs includingfacility rental, shuttle etc. By implementing a subsidy - a per room night charge on contracted hotel rates, events can generate much needed revenues. eRez assists by negotiating these amounts into the contracted rates, and providing invoices services post-event.

Experienced Support: Experience counts and every event is different. Rarely are events perfectly executed and beware of those who promise otherwise. We have expreience in every aspect of event management, and we think that makes us better at managing the housing process. Our staff has first-hand experience in working with events from 100-80,000. This includes handling everything from last minute event cancellations to attendance explosions (plan for 10,000 and end up with 20,000!). Our crisis experience ranges from major power outages to record hail storms and managing events during the week of 9/11.  Again, the key is experience and the ability to react quickly and appropriately in any given situation.
